Course Overview
The Banking industry provides a wealth of employment opportunities from bank tellers to investment bankers. Banks or financial services organisations employ people in various types of financial and customer service roles. Office and administrative support occupations make up the largest portion of jobs in the industry, while management, business & financial occupations also employ a significant number of employees in the banking industry. This qualification is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to apply for employment in roles in customer service and mid-level management in banking or other financial institutions, i.e. customer contact centers or retail financial services environments. At this level graduates are expected to apply specialist skills and knowledge in a range of situations to deal with complex situations and issues.Entry Requirements
Students must be at least 18 years of age or above when the course starts. All students must meet a minimum academic requirement to gain admission to Danford College.
