Accommodation

Students must organise their own accommodation for the duration of their stay in Australia. We highly recommend that you organise your accommodation prior to arriving in Australia. Although Danford College may be able to assist you with accommodation services. The Student Support Officer can guide you with information about the types of accommodation before your arrival. *types of accommodation - Home stay / Private Board: Students can live with a local Australian family, couple, or individual renting out a room in their own homes. Generally, your hosts will provide you with a furnished room and 2-3 meals per day. - Private Leasing/Rentals: If you prefer a more independent lifestyle or more privacy, you can also choose to rent your own apartment or flat. - Hostels & Guesthouses: Temporary accommodation arrangements are available from AUD$25 per day to AUD$400 per week. Prices depend on room capacity, facilities, meals, etc.

Airport Pickup

An airport pick-up service can be arranged to transfer you from Melbourne International airport to your accommodation in Melbourne. Please make a request so that the college can arrange for pick up (A fee apply for airport pick up depending on time and day).
