Overview

In fifty years we have become a prominent multi-campus teaching and research institution providing education worldwide. Woven into the fabric of USQ is the vision and determination of many University and community members who, over the years, have contributed to the expansion and growth of the University. The USQ Historical Archives play an important role in preserving the history and memory of the University. Members of the public are welcome to view the various exhibitions and displays available. Scholarships

At USQ, we are excited to announce the return of the Become Rewarded Scholarships. The suite of scholarships applies to high-achieving high school students who list University of Southern Queensland as their number-one choice for QTAC (or any other university admission centre). The Chancellor's Excellence Scholarship, Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship, and the Executive Dean's Scholarship.

Accommodation

Living on campus at USQ offers you an exciting opportunity to make the most of your university experience. The USQ Residential Colleges offer safe and supportive surroundings which will help you achieve your academic goals as well as developing your personal skills and making lifelong friendships. Our colleges share a strong sense of supporting and caring communities, which is especially helpful if you have moved here to study from another town or country.

Airport Pickup

Eligible international students arriving into the Brisbane or Toowoomba airports can take advantage of our free airport pick-up service to take you to your arranged accommodation.

Study Abroad

Study Abroad students can enrol directly through USQ or through a Study Abroad Partner. Study Abroad students may receive credit towards their home university degree. They will take a leave of absence from their home university and pay tuition fees directly to USQ.
