Today, it trains around 20,000 students each year, touching more lives post- secondary school than any other tertiary education institution in the ACT. Australia Awards Scholarships Australia Awards Scholarships are long term development awards administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. They aim to contribute to the long-term development needs of Australia's partner countries. They provide opportunities for people from developing countries, particularly those countries located in the Indo-Pacific region, to undertake full time undergraduate or postgraduate study at participating Australian universities and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions, which includes CIT.Accommodation

Airport Pick-up is a CIT service in which students are collected from the airport on arrival into Canberra. It is also available for students arriving by bus. International students can request airport pick-up at a cost of $150 (AUD). CIT's pick-up service can also be requested by students who choose to catch a bus from Sydney and need to be picked up from the Jolimont Centre (Bus Station) in Civic.Locations
