Scholarships
*Murdoch scholarships A scholarship is a payment made to an eligible student to support their study. It is not a loan and does not have to be repaid. Most scholarships are not intended to be used to pay tuition fees, but can help to cover university costs such as books, living expenses and transport. At Murdoch we offer scholarships for a range of students including: international students students facing financial hardship students with records of high achievement students studying specific courses There are also a number of scholarships offered by external providers, including government and private organisations. *Government scholarships Depending on your situation, you may be able to apply for other types of scholarships, such as the Australia Awards Scholarships. These scholarships are open to international students from participating countries, allowing the recipients to complete study, research and professional development. The scholarships are offered by the Australian government to help create a generation of world leaders with the skills and research to improve their country's future.
Accommodation
As a Murdoch University student, you'll have a range of accommodation options on and off campus. *Murdoch University Village Be part of a vibrant community of more than 800 students at Murdoch University Village. The village features a wide range of secure apartments as well as recreational facilities, including a beach volleyball court, swimming pool, study lounges and a student lounge. You can also join the unique Live, Learn and Grow residential life program which will help you adjust to campus life. The village is owned and operated by Campus Living Villages in close partnership with Murdoch University. *Shared or independent accommodation If you'd like to live off campus, there is a range of shared and independent accommodation available to you. To be close to our Perth campus, consider the following suburbs: Murdoch, Kardinya, Leeming, Coolbellup, Bibra Lake, North Lake, Bull Creek, Winthrop, Bateman or Willagee. *Live with an Australian family If you're coming to Australia from overseas and would like to experience life as part of an Australian family, you can apply for homestay accommodation.

Airport Pickup
The Murdoch Student Guild offers an airport pick-up service for new International Students. The service runs all year round and transports new students arriving from another country safely to their accommodation in Perth. This service is free of charge.
