Griffith University
Overview
Since 1975, teaching and research at Griffith have been shaped by a commitment to social justice, environmental sustainability, and inclusive access to education. Today, those ideals are considered more important than ever.
As the second half of Griffith’s first century as a globally recognised university of excellence is entered, this legacy is being built upon by ensuring that purpose, people, partnerships, and communities are placed squarely at the centre of all operations.
From pioneering research and student entrepreneurship to supporting Indigenous flourishing and expanding access to education through online learning, a rich history of making a difference in the surrounding world is continuously being added to.
With more than 40,000 students, four campuses across South East Queensland are spanned by the university community. Furthermore, a global alumni network of over 200,000 graduates is proudly hosted.
It is understood that the world can, and should, be a better place - for everyone. By assisting thousands of people in creating a brighter future for themselves, a vital part is being played to create a brighter future for all.
