Entry Requirements

For international learners Brighton Institute of Technology has a requirement that all learners must be over 18 years of age at the commencement of course. Pre-training Review Language, Literacy and Numeracy test (LLN) To enter this qualification, applicants should have successfully completed year 12 or secondary studies in applicant's home country equivalent to Australian senior secondary school examination. Computer literacy requirements Students are expected to have access to Kitchen tool kit including, Chef Dress, safety boots and knife kit including various knives to undergo training effectively.
