Course Overview
The Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management qualification reflects the role of workers who are middle managers or managers across a range of community sector organisations. These people work independently and report to executive management, directors or boards of management. They undertake a range of functions requiring the application of knowledge and skills to achieve results in line with the organisation's goals and strategic directions.Entry Requirements
Entry to Advanced Diploma study at EQUALS requires: Applicants must show adequate evidence of competency in communication skills in their pre-enrolment LLN testing. In particular, applicants need to be able to read, comprehend, interpret, apply, write and share information to standards that will ensure safe working capacity. Students may be required to show evidence of: 1. Valid DCSI clearances (x 3 - Aged, Vulnerable, Working with Children); and/or National Police Clearance 2. Current and valid First Aid, if required by workplace/simulated work project; and 3. Be physically fit to meet industry requirements. Cambridge English (CAE & CPE) - No band below 162. Kenyan KCSE English - B- Malaysian SPM 1119 English - A- OET (Occupational English Test) - Pass C, D PTE (Pearson Test of English) - Reading and Writing communicative scores not below 50English Requirements
