Course Overview
This diploma gives you the skills to work under broad direction from management and provide person-centred support to individuals and communities. During this course you will learn how to: *Assess the service needs of groups and develop support-based programs to meet those needs *Develop and promote effective communication strategies within a team or business unit *Understand and promote diversity in the workplace *Contribute to the development of ethical and legal policies and procedures within an organization *Monitor the stress and well-being of colleagues and develop policies to support employee welfare
Entry Requirements
Students are required to be at least 17 years of age, to commence study in both English Language and Vocational Education Training (VET) programs at Sarina Russo Institute. Minimum Year 11 or equivalent plus basic computer skills and knowledge of Internet use
